Ellie's Story

Ellie* is serving the Deaf of Central Asia. There are approximately 145 unengaged and unreached Deaf people groups worldwide, around 80 million culturally Deaf who have almost no access to Scripture in their heart language, and over 300 signed languages in the world. More than 1,700 Deaf people who die each day without knowing and trusting Jesus Christ as their Savior. The Deaf in every country are the "invisible" people who few share the gospel with, who are often marginalized, stigmatized, oppressed, and feel forgotten with many of them believing that God does not know sign language. Ellie works to share the gospel and empower Deaf nationals to plant churches.
